2. Free Demo Website Policy

Cubic Sites offers custom web design services, but we do not guarantee a free demo website for every inquiry.

  • Discretionary Creation: The creation of a free demo website is strictly at the sole discretion of Cubic Sites.

  • Intent Requirement: Demos will only be provided to prospective clients who demonstrate a genuine intent to proceed with a paid website project. We reserve the right to refuse a demo request for any reason without explanation.

3. Pricing, Domain Fees, and Hosting

All service plans and packages listed on the Cubic Sites website reflect the base cost for design and development only.

  • Domain Costs Excluded: The listed plan prices do not include the cost of a custom domain name.

  • Domain Pricing: Domain names are billed additionally based on the exact current pricing listed. Clients are responsible for this additional domain fee.

  • Hosting: Unless otherwise specified in your chosen plan, third-party hosting fees are the responsibility of the client.

4. Limitation of Liability (Legal Protection)

Cubic Sites strives to deliver high-quality web solutions, but we cannot be held responsible for unforeseen issues.

  • No Guarantees: We do not guarantee specific business results, sales, or search engine rankings resulting from the website.

  • Third-Party Failures: Cubic Sites is not liable for server downtimes, data loss, security breaches, or service interruptions caused by third-party providers.

  • Maximum Liability: In no event shall Cubic Sites, its owner (Advay), or its contractors be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including loss of profits or data) arising out of the use or inability to use our services.

5. Client Responsibilities & Indemnification

  • Content Ownership: Clients are solely responsible for all text, images, and content they provide to Cubic Sites for use on their website.

  • Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Cubic Sites and its owner from any claims, lawsuits, or legal action arising from copyright infringement, trademark violations, or illegal content provided by you for your website.

6. Privacy Policy (Data Handling)

  • Information Collection: We collect your name, email address, phone number, and business details solely for the purpose of communicating with you and building your website.

  • Data Security: We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Your data is only shared with essential service providers when necessary to register your domain or host your site.
